These terms govern your use of the MAC AI Financial Health Platform, our website, and any advisory services provided by MAC ADVISORY SDN BHD.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing MAC ADVISORY SDN BHD's website, the MAC AI Financial Health Platform and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Nature of Our Services
MAC Advisory provides loan advisory, financial consulting and AI-assisted financial assessment services. We are NOT a licensed bank or moneylender. All financing is arranged through licensed Malaysian financial institutions. Any indicative figures shown in the MAC Financial Health Report are estimates only and do not constitute an offer of credit or a binding commitment.
3. Advisor-Grade, Not Guaranteed
The MAC AI Financial Health Platform uses advanced language models and advisor-trained heuristics to produce recommendations. Every figure is labelled Estimated / Indicative. Final terms are subject to the assessment and approval of the chosen financial institution. MAC does not guarantee loan approval.
4. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you submit. Providing false, misleading or forged documents will result in immediate termination of your engagement and may be reported to the relevant Malaysian authorities.
5. Fees
Basic financial assessment and report generation is provided free of charge. Advisory fees for arranging specific financing products are disclosed to you in writing before any engagement begins and are only payable upon successful disbursement, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, MAC ADVISORY SDN BHD and its officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, missed financing opportunities, or third-party lender decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, reports, algorithms and platform code are the property of MAC ADVISORY SDN BHD. You may print or save your own Financial Health Report for personal use. Any commercial redistribution or scraping of the platform is prohibited.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
